Armando yellow datterini are cultivated in the fertile lands of the Valle d’Irno in Cilento. The fruits grow in golden bunches, climbing up wooden support poles, aired and protected by their own luxuriant foliage. Small-sized, with an even sweeter and more delicate taste, they are preserved whole just in water and salt to maintain their intense flavour. Ideal for gourmet pizzas and for fish or vegetable dishes, or in salads.
