Our Hokkaido Scallops are wild ranched in the Sea of Okhotsk, Hokkaido Japan, under an MSC certified fishery. The whole shells are processed with no chemical or preservative. Our scallops are plump with a succulent sweetness and is guaranteed sashimi grade. Serves as an excellent source of Vitamin B12 and Omega 3 fatty acids. Being sashimi grade, these jumbo scallops can be consumed directly after thawing. They are great for sashimi application but are just as delicious, sautéed or broiled.
