Made from Grillo grapes and aged on the lees in stainless steel vats for several months. The color is a bright, straw-yellow with green reflections and the incredible aroma is broad and intense with notes of citrus, yellow flowers, a hint of celery, mint and balsamic whiffs that have eucalyptus in the background. The mouthfeel is lithe with a nice acidity and a bit of salt while the perky finish has an amazing persistence.
