"Vintage may vary". Placed in a deep soil, mixed limestone and chalky, of hilly, between 230 and 270 meters above sea level and 8,000 meters from the coast. Mostly 5,000 plants per hectare, from primitive patriarchal all of their land-mother, all harvested by hand, in small boxes.
Colour: Impenetrable ruby red
Scent: Pleasant balsamic notes, from herbs to hints of blackberry and black cherry fruit
Taste: Soft and round, complex and warm, with great persistence of flavor and delicate tannins
