Eve's Apple Julep - Alcohol Free Cocktails

Servings: Serves 10 cocktails

Ingredients

• 20g La Perruche cassonade
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 5cl Granny Smith apple juice
• Crushed ice

Steps

1. Place the mint and sugar at the bottom of the glass.
2. Pat gentle with a pestle.
3. Fill the glass half full with crushed ice and add the apple juice.
4. Stir well and then fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
