A Gift Box filled with Almonds and Hazelnuts Coated in Dark Chocolate (55% Cocoa).
These chocolate delicacies are composed of quality ingredients. Indeed, dried fruits produced in Europe are rigorously selected for their singular qualities. These almonds and hazelnuts are then roasted with great care. They are then coated with Valrhona dark chocolate. These dried fruits are then topped by turbinage. This step is carried out in large copper tanks. Rotating on themselves, these vats allow dried fruits to be stirred to cover them with dark chocolate.
