Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons La Perruche cassonade
- 6g cocoa dissolved in milk (the colour should be every dark)
- 2cl whipping cream
- Grated walnut
Steps
- Add the sugar to the milk and cocoa, and heat up (optional).
- Put the cream in a whipped cream dispenser.
- Squirt onto the surface of the milk and grate some walnuts on top.
- Serve straight away.
