Servings: Serves 10 cups

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons La Perruche cassonade
• 6g cocoa dissolved in milk (the colour should be every dark)
• 2cl whipping cream
• Grated walnut

Steps

1. Add the sugar to the milk and cocoa, and heat up (optional).
2. Put the cream in a whipped cream dispenser.
3. Squirt onto the surface of the milk and grate some walnuts on top.
4. Serve straight away.
