Caotina Frappé Oriental

This classic frappé recipe is sweetened with Caotina. The result is Caotina frappé oriental – an oriental dessert with the finest Swiss chocolate – Caotina Classic.

Ingredients (You need the following ingredients):

  • 700ml of milk
  • 8 tbsp Caotina Classic
  • Half a tsp cardamon powder 
  • Half a tsp coriander powder 
  • 1 piece star anis 
  • 2 pieces cloves 
  • 1 cinnamon stick, cut in half lengthwise 
  • 6 scoops of mochi ice cream
  • 4 pieces cinnamon sticks 

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients up to and including cinnamon stick with milk. Leave it covered for about 2 hours in the fridge. 

  2. Sieve the milk. Add the ice cream and mix until it foams. Fill into chilled 250ml glasses, decorate with cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
