This classic frappé recipe is sweetened with Caotina. The result is Caotina frappé oriental – an oriental dessert with the finest Swiss chocolate – Caotina Classic.

Ingredients (You need the following ingredients):
- 700ml of milk
- 8 tbsp Caotina Classic
- Half a tsp cardamon powder
- Half a tsp coriander powder
- 1 piece star anis
- 2 pieces cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick, cut in half lengthwise
- 6 scoops of mochi ice cream
- 4 pieces cinnamon sticks
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients up to and including cinnamon stick with milk. Leave it covered for about 2 hours in the fridge.

Sieve the milk. Add the ice cream and mix until it foams. Fill into chilled 250ml glasses, decorate with cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
