Preparation:

Lightly flour the cod loin and fry it in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, gently brown thinly sliced (laminated) garlic until it turns lightly golden.

Add chopped parsley and a pinch of paprika, stirring briefly to release their aroma.

Once the garlic reaches the desired color, add a few drops of vinegar to stop it from overcooking and to balance the flavors.

In a separate pan, sauté the ganxet beans until heated through.

Add the beans to the fried cod and spoon the garlic mixture over the top.
