Eve's Apple Julep - Alcohol Free Cocktails
Servings: Serves 10 cocktails
Ingredients
- 20g La Perruche cassonade
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 5cl Granny Smith apple juice
- Crushed ice
Steps
- Place the mint and sugar at the bottom of the glass.
- Pat gentle with a pestle.
- Fill the glass half full with crushed ice and add the apple juice.
- Stir well and then fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Sprinkle some La Perruche cassonade over the cocktail and mint
- Serve chilled.
