Ingredients (You need the following ingredients):
- 100g IVOIRE 35%
- 150g Mara des Bois Strawberries
- 500g Coconut Milk
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- Juice of half a lime
Preparation:
1. Melt the IVOIRE.
2. In a blender, mix together the strawberries, coconut milk and scored vanilla bean.
3. Add in the melted white chocolate followed by the lime juice. Mix again.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
5. Mix just before you are ready to serve so a creamy mousse form.
6. Serve very cold.
