Slow-cooked chicken mini-casserole with sage cream sauce


Ingredients (You need the following ingredients)

 

Preparation:

1.      Heat the butter and olive oil in a casserole dish over a medium flame.

2.      Add the garlic cloves.

3.      Cut the chicken filets into strips and brown them in the casserole dish.

4.      When they are half done, add 10 cl of water.

5.      Mix the sage, flat-leaf parsley and the cream in a large bowl.

6.      Season with salt and pepper.

7.      Pour the mixture over the chicken, stir, and simmer gently for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.

8.      Serve in individual mini-casserole dishes with rice.
