Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Pour the sugar into the pan and once it has melted add a knob of butter.
  2. As soon as the color begins to brown add the slices of Panettone, one side at a time.

 

Plating:

Lay the slices of Panettone one on top of the other and add a quenelle of milk ice cream to the center.
