Ice Cream with Panettone and Caramel
Ingredients:
- Loison classic panettone
- Sugar
- Butter
- Milk ice cream
Directions:
- Pour the sugar into the pan and once it has melted add a knob of butter.
- As soon as the color begins to brown add the slices of Panettone, one side at a time.
Plating:
Lay the slices of Panettone one on top of the other and add a quenelle of milk ice cream to the center.
