Pepper Tender Duck Skewers with Candied Tomatoes

- Preheat the oven to 210°C
- Grind the peppercorns and mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, crushed garlic and salt
- Add the tender duck strips to the marinade.
- Leave it for marinade for 20 minutes in the fridge
- Cut the candied tomato petal into 3.
- Reove the duck strips from the marinade, but keep the rest to the side.
- Put the duck strips ontp small wooden skewers, alternating with the candied tomato pieces. Place the skewers in a dish and pour over the rest of the marinade. Cook for about 10 mins.
- Remove from the oven and keep warm.
