By name, the Royal Panettone Classico is a classic sweet bread featuring soft raisins and aromatic candied peel of oranges from Sicily and citrons from Diamante, Calabria. Thanks to Loison's natural leavening method, the sponge remains extremely soft for a long time.

The Classic Panettone is a naturally leavened sweet, distinguished by its top with the typical cross-cut. The yellow and soft sponge is enriched with sultanas and aromatic candied peel of Sicilian Oranges and Diamante citron from Calabria. The classic panettone is produced in compliance with the Italian confectionery tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour artisanal process.

The peel of oranges from Sicily is processed into candied bits. The essential oils on the peel retain the intense aroma of freshly picked fruit.

CITRONS FROM CALABRIA

The peel of citrons from Diamante, Calabria, is processed into candied bits. The essential oils on the peel retain the intense aroma of freshly picked fruit.

SULTANA RAISINS
Sultana raisins from Turkey, featuring seedless, even-looking fruits, are sweet and plump. The grapes are dried naturally out in the sun with no added preservatives.
