CREAMY WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RED FRUIT MOUSSE

Ingredients (You need the following ingredients) for shortbread:

 

Preparation for shortbread:

  1. With an electric mixer, beat the cold cream in a small bowl until a mousse/whipped cream is formed.
  2. Heat the white chocolate squares in a double boiler, stir only once the chocolate has melted.
  3. Combine whipped cream and melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the cream into the ramekins.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and garnish with red fruit and mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately.
