
Ingredients (You need the following ingredients) for shortbread:
- 200g white chocolate
- 150ml whipping cream
- 1 poignee red berries
- 10g mint leaves
Preparation for shortbread:
- With an electric mixer, beat the cold cream in a small bowl until a mousse/whipped cream is formed.
- Heat the white chocolate squares in a double boiler, stir only once the chocolate has melted.
- Combine whipped cream and melted chocolate.
- Pour the cream into the ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and garnish with red fruit and mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
