Freedom Passion do Brasil - Alcohol Free Cocktails

Ingredients

• 13g La Perruche cassonade
• 1/2 lime
• 1/2 passion fruit
• 6cl passion fruit juice
• Crushed ice

Steps

1. Crushed the lime with the La Perruche sugar so that the sugar dissolves.
2. Remove the flesh from the passion fruit and fill with the crushed ice (for decoration).
3. Add the passion fruit juice and stir well.
4. Serve chilled.
