Ingredients
- 15g of Truffle Oil
- 200g of beef fillet
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Grill the fillet in a non-stick pan and roast on both sides.
- Once done, put it in the oven for a few minutes.
- Serve by adding a drizzle of white truffle oil.
- Garnish with parsley, salt and pepper and it's ready to taste! Enjoy!
