Omelette with Truffle Sauce

Ingredients
- Truffle Sauce 5%
- 4 eggs
- 10g of Parmigiano Reggiano
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil

In a bowl beat 4 eggs. Add salt, pepper, a little parmesan cheese, a little milk and Truffle Sauce. Mix the ingredients.
- In a pan heat a drizzle of Truffle Oil and, once hot, pour the mixture. Cover the pan and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
- Carefully turn the omelette without breaking it and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes.
- When it is golden, remove from heat and serve, adding Truffle Sauce 5%. Enjoy!
