Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 15 mins
Ready: 20 mins
Serving: 2 servings
Ingredients
- Sweetness Acacia Honey with Truffle
- 80g of wholemeal bread
- 120g of pumpkin pulp
- 140g of di formaggio di capra
- 1 rosemary branch
- Salt
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200°, chop 8 slices of whole grain bread. Roast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
-
Finely slice the pumpkin into 16 thin slices that must be slightly smaller than the bread and brown them on a non-stick pan for about 2-3 minutes per side, salting on both sides. Set aside. Slice the goat cheese into 4 thick slices and divide each slice in half.
- Place on each slice of bread half a slice of cheese and overlap two thin slices of pumpkin; chop the rosemary on the pumpkin, sprinkle with a drizzle of oil and simmer, always at 200°, for about 5 minutes or anyway until the cheese melts.
- Finally, garnish everything with a drizzle of Sweetness Acacia Honey with Truffle and serve hot! Enjoy!
